Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper mixed and brushed over salmon fillets.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sauté spinach in a skillet until wilted.
- Top each salmon fillet with sautéed spinach and feta cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
