  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese mixture evenly, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
