- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups churros, cooked and coated in cinnamon sugar
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in sour cream and heavy cream until combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with cinnamon churros, drizzle with caramel sauce, and add dollops of whipped cream before serving.
