- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and vanilla, then fold in the mashed bananas.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined.
- Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon to make the cinnamon swirl. Spread half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, then top with the remaining batter. Gently swirl with a knife or spatula.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
