- 4 cups of day-old bread, cubed
- 2 cups of milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Place bread cubes in the prepared dish and pour the custard mixture over them, pressing lightly to soak.
- Optional: sprinkle raisins or chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve warm with caramel sauce or whipped cream.
