A simple and elegant appetizer combining brie cheese, fresh cranberries, and puff pastry baked to perfection, ideal for parties and festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin or on the baking sheet.
  3. Fill each pastry with a slice of brie and a few cranberries.
  4. Drizzle honey over each bites and brush the edges with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
