- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin or on the baking sheet.
- Fill each pastry with a slice of brie and a few cranberries.
- Drizzle honey over each bites and brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Use thawed puff pastry for easy handling.
- Try adding chopped nuts or fresh herbs for added flavor.
