- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares.
- Place a slice of brie in the center of each square.
- Top with a few cranberries and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the pastry edges over slightly to enclose the filling.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with walnuts, and serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute walnuts with pecans or almonds.
- Serve with extra honey for dipping.
