- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar; bring to a simmer.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce, toss to coat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can make the meatballs ahead and reheat in the cranberry sauce before serving.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
