- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté sausage until browned. Transfer to slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in cooked pasta and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and green onions before serving.

- You can substitute the sausage with shrimp or chicken for variety.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning according to spice preference.
