- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crock pot and season with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add minced garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and chicken broth on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix with juices before serving.
