- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl, then pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Optional: Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixed in a small amount of water, then cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, with rice and vegetables if desired.

- You can use chicken thighs for more flavor.
