Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the puff pastry or crescent dough on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
- Cut the pastry into strips wide enough to fully wrap each sausage. Place a sausage at the edge of a strip, and tightly roll the dough around it, sealing the ends well.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the wrapped sausages seam-side down to keep the dough secure. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden, shiny finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes until the pastries are puffed and golden brown. For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds before baking.
