- 1 package of store-bought gnocchi (about 16 oz.)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts, sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the gnocchi and sauté until golden and crispy on all sides, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
- Return cooked chicken and gnocchi to the skillet. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce coats all ingredients evenly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat if desired.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately. Pair with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
