- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Candy eyes
- Chocolate melts or melted chocolate for legs
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, and oats until well combined.
- Form mixture into small cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread a small amount on each cookie for the spider’s body.
- Add candy eyes on top of the chocolate body.
- Use melted chocolate to pipe spider legs on each cookie.
- Allow to set before serving and presenting on a festive platter.
Notes
- Chill the cookies for 30 minutes to firm up.
- You can use different candies for spider eyes for variety.
- Ensure chocolate is fully cooled before handling.
