- 2 lbs beef sirloin or round, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season beef pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes total.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter over beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
