Instructions
- Blend the ripe mango chunks in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add lime juice and blend again.

- Combine the mango puree with the coconut milk mixture and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter-inch space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight. For quicker results, use a freezer-safe dish with a lid.
