- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Prepare the dry ingredients by whisking together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and eggs until well blended and smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, ensuring not to overmix. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- For the cream cheese frosting, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Stir in vanilla and milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Let pumpkin bars cool completely before frosting and serving.
