Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
