Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the beef chuck roast.
- Place the seasoned beef in the slow cooker and pour beef broth over it, covering halfway.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until tender.
- Remove beef, shred it with forks, and return it to the slow cooker, mixing with the cooking liquid.
