Instructions
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
