- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package mini tortilla wraps or crescent roll dough
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
- Optional: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a little water; simmer until thickened.
- Lay out mini tortillas or crescent roll dough and fill with beef mixture, cheese, and optional toppings.
- Roll or fold to enclose filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
