- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion, carrots, and celery in a large skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, then drain off excess grease.
- Season the browned beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, and green beans until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
