Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough into a large circle and place on a greased baking tray. Create wells in the dough and crack eggs into them. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese generously.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
