- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar, beating until smooth. Gradually add eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust and bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
Notes
- Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, tightly wrapped.
- For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped in foil.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries and powdered sugar.
