Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast and letting it sit until frothy.
- Combine flour and salt in a bowl, then add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Let dough rise for an hour, punch it down, and roll it out.
- Add sauce, mozzarella cheese, and your favorite toppings.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, cool briefly, slice, and serve hot with garnishes.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
