Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal, gently tossing to coat evenly.
- Transfer coated cereal to a large zip-top bag and add powdered sugar, shaking until well coated.
- Spread the coated cereal onto a baking sheet to set, then sprinkle with colorful sprinkles before serving.
