Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the diced potatoes and sliced kielbasa sausage.
- Pour in the water (or chicken broth) and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
