Instructions
- Start by preparing the rich garlic sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Toss in half of the garlic sauce and cook for an additional minute to coat the chicken in bold flavors.
- In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes. Drain and reserve about half a cup of the cooking water.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet with chicken. Pour in the remaining garlic sauce and chicken broth, stirring gently to combine. Adjust the spice level by adding more sriracha or chili paste if desired. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb all flavors.
- Divide the spicy chicken ramen into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions and optional jalapeños or poached eggs for added richness. Serve immediately.
