Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry rectangle.
- Top with sliced strawberries and fold edges to make a rustic border.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
