- 12 potsticker dumplings
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add potstickers and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Add bell peppers and carrots, cook until tender.
- Serve potstickers over noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with other fresh vegetables like snap peas or broccoli.
- For added flavor, drizzle with sriracha or hoisin sauce.
