Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy.

  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and shape into small rolls.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Mix minced garlic with melted butter and brush over the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
