Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and oats.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
