Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain fudgy.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
