Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Optional: Marinate the chicken with garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high (375°F to 400°F), ensuring the surface is clean and lightly oiled.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle minced garlic and grated Parmesan on top to melt and infuse flavor.
- Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
