Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the steaks.
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of chili flakes for extra heat.
- For a crispier finish, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
