- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the teriyaki sauce.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through and caramelized.
- Brush with additional sauce if desired and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
