Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying.
- Mix shredded meat with onion, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- For baking: brush taquitos with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. For frying: fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
