Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, adobo seasoning, oregano, cumin, paprika, and onion powder. Add chicken cubes and mix well, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, optionally adding pineapple, bell pepper, or onion chunks.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime juice, and serve with side dishes like rice or salad.
