- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, soaking wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC), then place the skewers in the basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, carefully remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.
