  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Your choice of additional toppings (e.g. bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually stir the yeast mixture into the flour mixture, then add olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
