Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and chop the bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into similar-sized pieces.
- Marinate the Chicken: Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
