- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken strips into buffalo sauce, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, placing on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the coated chicken strips lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with ranch dressing and veggie sticks for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken strips in buffalo sauce and breadcrumbs.
- Reduce cooking time for smaller chicken pieces.
