Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt; mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
