- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are tender, about 7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
