Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, season beef with salt and pepper. In a skillet, sear beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Cook bacon slices until crispy, then crumble.
- Assemble: Top crispy potatoes with cooked beef and bacon. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute ground beef for stew meat for quicker cooking.
- For extra flavor, add garlic or onion powder during seasoning.
