Instructions

- Fill a piping bag fitted with a round tip with the cream filling.
- Pipe the filling into each pastry shell carefully to avoid breaking them.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, fresh berries, or candied fruits as desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, filling the shells just before serving for maximum crispiness.
