- 1/2 cup Jack Daniel’s whiskey
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup chocolate ganache for frosting

Instructions
- Begin by melting the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth, then remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the measured Jack Daniel’s whiskey and granulated sugar until fully combined.
- Blend the melted chocolate with the whiskey and sugar mixture until you have a velvety batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
