Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf or place it in a loaf pan.
- Spread ketchup or tomato sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160ยฐF (71ยฐC).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to keep it juicy and tender.
