Instructions
- Pat the steak dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and smoked paprika. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to high (450°F – 500°F).
- Grill steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
