- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey dry and rub with olive oil or butter.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
- Place turkey on a roasting pan, breast side up.
- Roast uncovered for about 13-15 minutes per pound, basting periodically.
- Let rest for at least 20 minutes before carving. Serve hot.
